Gunpowder Pinhead

This tea was one of the first to be exported to the West, and still represents most Chinese green tea exports today. Its leaves are rolled in little balls, hence its name. It is usually used to prepare mint green tea, when mint leaves are infused with Gunpowder balls. This tea produces a light, smooth beverage without the acidity of some green teas. This tea is sold in 7oz tins.
